We sell authentic vintage and new Japanese silk kimono, imported from Japan so that you can buy with confidence, knowing that you are purchasing not just an elegant piece of clothing, but a future heirloom. Japanese kimono are sewn by hand to ensure the proper drape and quality, and they are still hand-sewn even today. We also have a wide range of Japanese kimono fabrics in various weights and weaves of silk: damasks, crepes, ikats, tie-dyes, etc. We've got a small selection of hemp/cotton and wool fabrics too!

Sunday, 12 July:  Textile Festival, Quarry Bank Mill & Styal Estate, Styal, Cheshire. 11:00 a.m until 4:00 p.m. This is a fascinating National Trust property with an operating cotton mill and beautiful gardens and grounds.

1st and 2nd August:
Silk Art to Wear, The Guild of Silk Painters Summer Silk Festival, Rodbaston College, Penkridge, Stafford.  Two days of workshops, beautiful silk displays and of course, traders, including clothaholics!
